What Does our endurance coaching Look Like?
Getting you past an injury is only the starting point at Onward. If you’ve got endurance goals, we want to help you achieve them with our personalized & private coaching services. Take the mental load out of preparing for events and trust us to create your personalized program every month. With consistent communication and using our knowledge of how your body responds to different loads, we’re able to tweak your plan to ensure you reach the starting line prepared and ready to perform.
Services:
- 1-on-1 individualized programming designed to help you meet every one of your goals.
- Direct communication with our Doctor of Physical Therapy performance coaches.
- Initial phone consultation to establish goals and plan.
- Choose between two different levels of coaching: Level 1includes monthly personalized programming while level 2 supplements this programming with clinic appointments for hands on recovery and injury prevention care.
- If your event includes distance running we strongly suggest pairing our coaching with a run form assessment appointment to help us dial in your running performance and reduce injury risk (already included in Level 2)

Video Analysis of Your Running Mechanics
This is strongly suggested for athletes performing distance running. Our video analysis process helps identify technical issues with your running. We then implement drills and strength exercises to improve your efficiency to skyrocket your performance.
