Dr. Audra (aburtch_dpt) is an Indiana native and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ohio University and Bachelors in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University.
Audra is certified in Clinical Management of the Fitness athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Audra specializes in pelvic floor therapy, emphasizing pregnancy and postpartum rehab for active individuals. She loves nothing more than helping moms realize how strong they are. As a former Division 1 distance swimmer, endurance athletes are another population she loves working with!
Outside the clinic, you can catch Audra in the CrossFit Gym, out for a run or hike with her pup, or taking care of her many house plants.
Dr. Jenna is a Kentucky native and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The Ohio State University and her Bachelor of Science in Human Health Sciences at the University of Kentucky with minors in Psychology and Biology.
Jenna is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. She continually strives to learn more and use this knowledge to teach and empower her patients. Her treatment approach includes using skilled, hands-on techniques and functional exercise to help her patients achieve their individualized goals and live healthy lifestyles.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Jenna exploring the outdoors, at the local Crossfit gym, or snuggling her kitties and golden retriever.
Dr. Jordan Berry is a physical therapist and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer located in Charlotte, NC. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Winston Salem State University, as well as his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University. Before moving to Charlotte, he completed Evidence In Motion’s Orthopedic Residency Program.
In addition to co-owning and operating Onward Charlotte, Jordan serves as faculty for the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE), where he travels the country teaching how to better manage neck and back pain, as well as advanced manual therapy courses, such as spinal manipulation. Jordan is Clinical Excellence Certified through ICE and has a unique treatment style, combining the use of skilled hands-on techniques, as well as progressive exercise, in order to help you achieve your goals and improve your overall well-being. Outside of the clinic, you can find Jordan traveling the country, playing guitar, or at his local CrossFit.
Dr. Ryan is a physical therapist and personal trainer based in Charlotte, NC. He received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Upstate Medical University in NY, and completed his Bachelor’s in Biology at SUNY Oneonta.
Ryan is certified in Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Dr. Ryan is a residency trained Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, and also travels the country as a lead instructor teaching physical therapists how to excel in strength and conditioning as well as manual therapy.
In addition to teaching, Ryan co-owns and operates Catalyze Performance, an online training platform that helps clients achieve their fitness goals. Outside of the clinic, you can find Ryan traveling the country, at his local Crossfit, and enjoying the Charlotte breweries.
Dr. Zach is better known as “The Barbell Physio” because of his industry-leading website where he is a trusted resource for hundreds of thousands of athletes and coaches wanting to perform optimally without pain limiting their lifestyle. Additionally, Zach travels throughout the world teaching “Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete” with the Institute of Clinical Excellence where he shares his expertise in the comprehensive needs of active individuals.
Dr. Zach is a Board Certified Sports Specialist, Level One CrossFit Trainer, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, and certified SFMA practitioner. He graduated with highest honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for his undergraduate degree before earning his Doctorate at East Carolina University. Outside of the clinic you can find Zach spending time with his wife and his two dogs.
