Dr. Alexis Morgan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an ICE Certified Specialist in Pelvic. With a passion for helping individuals overcome pelvic floor dysfunction, she combines her expertise with a holistic approach to patient care. As an original to Middle TN, Alexis has a deep commitment to promoting wellness and fitness in her community.

Outside of her professional life, Alexis enjoys playing pickleball, traveling, and engaging in CrossFit training at home with her husband, Zac. They share their lives with two energetic Boston Terriers and are currently preparing for the exciting journey of parenthood. Alexis is dedicated to empowering her clients and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for all.

Amanda is a passionate physical therapist dedicated to helping you reach your full physical potential. With a background in athletics, including playing softball at the University of Tennessee, Amanda is no stranger to the weight room and brings a deep understanding of the human body to her practice. Specializing in orthopedic conditions, particularly shoulder and ankle injuries, she combines her expertise with a love for fitness to guide her patients toward recovery and performance. Amanda believes that everyone has an athlete inside of them, regardless of age or experience. Her goal is to empower you to feel strong, capable, and confident in your body, helping you overcome physical challenges and achieve your health and wellness goals.

Dr. Hunter Schullian is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialized focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation, shoulder pain, and back pain. Hunter brings a comprehensive approach to treating individuals and is committed to creating personalized treatment plans that address the root causes of pain or dysfunction. Hunter’s passion for fitness and certification in exercise nutrition allows her a unique opportunity for a comprehensive and holistic approach in empowering individuals to achieve long-term recovery and regain a high level of function. She provides focused treatment to not only help patients heal but unlock their full potential.

Dr. Jessi Witherington is a highly skilled physical therapist specializing in women’s health, pelvic floor therapy, and general orthopedic conditions. She holds multiple certifications, including being an ICE Certified Master Clinician, ICE Certified Specialist in Orthopedics and in the Fitness Athlete, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Witherington is an esteemed educator, teaching advanced courses on neck pain, jaw pain, and headaches to physical therapists across the nation through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Originally from Oregon, she also has an athletic background, having played four years of college soccer for the Oregon State Beavers.

Dr. Miller Armstrong is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a CrossFit Level-1 Trainer, an ICE Certified Master Clinician, and ICE Certified Specialist: Orthopedics located in Hendersonville, Tennessee. He specializes in spine pain and running-related pain and performance. Miller is a nationally-recognized instructor with the Institute of Clinical Excellence, where he travels teaching physical therapists how to better manage neck and back pain.

Pat Donaldson is a seasoned fitness professional with over 9 years of coaching experience across various athletic environments. With certifications in Strength and Conditioning and USA Weightlifting Level 2, Pat has taught weight training at the collegiate level and has worked with individuals of all ages, from high school students to older adults. His personal achievements, from completing a half marathon to competing in Weightlifting and CrossFit events, underscore his dedication to fitness.

Pat’s coaching and treatment philosophy centers on the belief that everyone is an athlete. He is committed to guiding individuals toward improved fitness while managing and accommodating injuries, ensuring continued progress even with physical limitations.

Dr. Zac Morgan is a physical therapist, ICE-certified Specialist in Orthopedics and Fitness Athlete Management as well as a CrossFit-L2 trainer. Zac additionally serves as faculty for the Institute of Clinical Excellence, where he travels the country teaching how to better manage neck and back pain.
