Dr. Kirsten Woodall is originally from Virginia. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Lynchburg and Bachelors in Health Promotion and Sports Medicine from Lynchburg College.

Kirsten has specialized training as an internal pelvic floor clinician and has a passion for helping women stay active in the gym through all phases of life. In addition to co-owning Onward Virginia Beach, Kirsten enjoys working out at the local CrossFit gym, being outside, and traveling with her husband.

Dr. Logan Woodall is originally from Virginia. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Lynchburg and Bachelors in Exercise Physiology from Lynchburg College where he played baseball.

Logan specializes in orthopedics and is clinically trained by the Institute of Clinical Excellence (ICE). He has a passion for working with fitness athletes and has specialized training in manual therapy, dry needling, and spinal manipulation. In addition to co-owning Onward Virginia Beach, Logan enjoys participating in CrossFit, playing golf, grilling and traveling with his wife.

In the clinic Logan loves helping people “Hurt Less. Get Hurt Less” by using advanced techniques to reduce pain fast and provide long-term results to prevent issues from returning.
