Dr. Jeffrey Ashurst is a physical therapist located in Birmingham, Alabama, specializing in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other interventions. After attending Samford University for his undergraduate degree, he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Alabama-Birmingham in 2017. He also received his Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) certification through the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments, giving him extensive knowledge in hands-on treatment options for patients. Jeffrey has previously served as an adjunct professor for Samford University’s Kinesiology department, along with being a clinical instructor for various physical therapy students from around the country. He resides in Homewood, Alabama with his wife, two daughters, and large goldendoodle.
